Operations-minded, creative, and community-driven.

Zaynab Hussain is a Rutgers University student pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management with a minor in Economics. As a Rutgers-Newark Honors College student and Dean's List honoree, she brings a strong academic foundation to her work.

As Co-Founder and COO of HussAIneers, Zaynab supports operations, outreach, and initiative growth. Her background in supply chain, economics, event planning, teaching, and student leadership helps her approach projects with both structure and creativity.

Zaynab's experience spans academic tutoring, arts education, business student leadership, and hands-on retail operations, giving her a practical understanding of organization, communication, and execution.

Academic support

At Rutgers, Zaynab serves as an economics student tutor, providing one-on-one support by breaking down economic models, helping with problem sets, and adapting explanations to different learning styles.

Art education

She has taught art classes for 3rd and 4th grade students at the Muslim Center of Greater Princeton, leading projects, helping plan lessons, and supporting classroom management.

Campus leadership

Zaynab is involved in business and leadership organizations, including BASE and DECA, where she supports event planning, communications, meetings, and member engagement.

Business and analytics

She has completed Rutgers Business School certifications in Excel and global procurement, with experience in pivot tables, charts, data organization, supplier evaluation, and supply chain concepts.

Creative entrepreneurship

Zaynab founded and led a summer art business for students ages 8 to 14, creating lesson plans, preparing materials, promoting classes, and teaching hands-on art projects.
